Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor at Arown Academy in Kozhikode. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through academic programs by providing student counseling and career counseling services. Day-to-day tasks include advising students on educational paths, helping them align their academic pursuits with career goals, and facilitating a supportive learning environment to ensure their success throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong skills in Academic Advising and Education-related guidance
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathize with students and effectively address their concerns
• Experience in the education sector or similar roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
