Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve business targets. Manage relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling life insurance products. Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales through tied and direct channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI landscape. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in agency development, sales, or management within the BFSI industry (insurance broking). Strong understanding of tied channel distribution networks for life insurance products. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels. Proven track record of success in recruiting, training, and managing high-performing teams.
