About the Role:

dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
Drive sales of
Food Dyestuffs
to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Lead
product development initiatives
and collaborate with R&D to align offerings with market demand.
Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and increase product awareness.
Monitor competitor activities and devise proactive strategies to maintain market leadership.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence updates for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Food Dyes sales

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
