Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential new clients and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to align business development strategies and objectives.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients and partners.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects, track progress using CRM software, and report on business development metrics.
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to represent the company and expand its reach.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business strategy.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
Proven track record (3-7 years) in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in IT industry.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
