Key Responsibilities

•  Identify and develop new business opportunities in global marine and industrial automation markets.
• Build, manage, and grow long-term client and distributor relationships.
• Lead negotiations, close international deals, and manage key accounts.
• Design and run structured outreach campaigns to engage prospects and retain customers.
• Personalize communication strategies across regions to maximize conversions and repeat sales.
• Conduct market research on competitors, demand trends, and new opportunities.
• Track pipeline progress, client engagement, and deal closures with regular reporting.
• Represent the company in international discussions, exhibitions, and trade forums.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in

  international business development/sales

  .
• Proven track record in closing high-value international deals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in

  client outreach, engagement, or digital sales communication

  .
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of the marine, industrial, or automation sectors is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with global markets.
