As we expand globally, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth, build strong client relationships, and strengthen our international trade footprint. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in global marine and industrial automation markets. Build, manage, and grow long-term client and distributor relationships. Lead negotiations, close international deals, and manage key accounts. Design and run structured outreach campaigns to engage prospects and retain customers. Personalize communication strategies across regions to maximize conversions and repeat sales. Conduct market research on competitors, demand trends, and new opportunities. Track pipeline progress, client engagement, and deal closures with regular reporting. Represent the company in international discussions, exhibitions, and trade forums. What We’re Looking For 4–7 years of experience in international business development/sales . Proven track record in closing high-value international deals. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Experience in client outreach, engagement, or digital sales communication . Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus. Knowledge of the marine, industrial, or automation sectors is preferred.
