Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes handling recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR policies, and coordinating performance management. The role also involves developing HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives and fostering a positive work environment.

• Experience in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Skills in performance management, training, and development

• Relevant degree in Human Resources
