Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager, based in Rajnandgaon. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The role involves analyzing market trends, developing and executing business expansion strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales growth. The Business Development Manager will also manage a sales team, drive revenue generation, and provide excellent customer service to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of business development, market analysis, and client relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Capability to lead teams, set performance goals, and drive sales initiatives
Experience with strategic planning and identifying market opportunities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the insurance sector or financial services is highly desirable
