Key Responsibilities:

Hunt for new business
through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns.
Build, manage, and grow a high-quality pipeline for
UAE, KSA, and Malaysia
.
Engage senior decision-makers and introduce ValueLabs capabilities.
Own the sales cycle: Prospect Follow-up Nurture Close.
Conduct market and competitive research to spot new opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM data and meet weekly/monthly KPIs.
Drive proactive outreach with creativity, persistence, and energy.

Must-Have Experience

35 years in
Business Development / Sales
within
Fintech or IT Services
.
Proven track record selling into
UAE, KSA, or Malaysia
(minimum one region mandatory).
Strong experience in
cold calling, email marketing, and campaign execution
.
Understanding of
digital transformation, fintech, or IT service offerings
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High energy, target-driven mindset, and strong ownership.

Good-to-Have

Experience with BFSI/Fintech clients.
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, payments, cybersecurity, or emerging tech.
Comfort working with diverse, global teams.
