Business Development Manager (BDM)

EV ecosystem vertical

be capable of building a strong EV network by onboarding CPOs, managing premium F&B

partnerships on highways, driving business through channel partners, and owning every

aspect of the EV revenue ecosystem.

This role demands a strong understanding of highways, EV infrastructure, premium F&B

brands, and large-scale ecosystem thinking.

Key Responsibilities

1. CPO Onboarding & Network Expansion

2. Ecosystem Ownership

• Travel reimbursement as per policy:

  • Flight / 3AC / 2AC

    for outstation travel
  • Local travel is excluded from reimbursement

6. Business Development & Relationship Building

• Conduct strategic discussions with CPOs, F&B brands, corporate partners, and

ecosystem stakeholders.

• Build long-term partnerships and ensure constant follow-ups and business

momentum.

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with tech, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth partner

onboarding and performance.

• Ensure 100% compliance on partner deliverables and integration timelines.

Requirements

3–8 years

FMCG, mobility, or related sectors.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to analyze business opportunities, commercial models, and partner P&L.

• Must be willing to travel frequently for client meetings and events.

• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of owning a complete business vertical
