Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Individual Contribution:

    Operate as an individual contributor in a high-performance, employee-oriented environment, focusing on how Acme Services can assist professionals and students with interview preparation and job placement through referrals.
  • Prospect Contact & Counseling:

    Initiate contact with potential customers (both professionals and students) to understand their needs related to career advancement. Set up and conduct meetings to counsel aspirants on their interview preparation and career goals.
  • In-depth Profile Understanding:

    Develop a deep understanding of each professional's/student's profile, including their aspirations, challenges, and career objectives.
  • Paid Consultation Promotion:

    Effectively promote and position paid consultation services that can significantly benefit aspirants in their interview preparation and job search journey.
  • Hybrid Sales Approach:

    Engage in a hybrid sales model, gaining valuable exposure to both inside sales (telephonic/online interactions) and direct sales (in-person meetings).
  • Sales & Relationship Building:

    Build strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the consultation process and converting them into satisfied customers.
  • Goal Achievement:

    Work towards achieving individual sales targets and contribute to the overall business development objectives of the company.

Required Skills:

  • Keen Interest in Sales & Education:

    A strong passion for both sales and the education/career development sector.
  • Strong Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with potential customers and deliver compelling pitches.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills:

    The ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and establish trust.
  • Mentoring Aptitude:

    A genuine interest in mentoring and guiding students and professionals.
  • Sales Acumen:

    A natural knack for sales, including the ability to identify opportunities and position ideas or services effectively.
  • Immediate Availability:

    Ability to join immediately.
  • Office Presence:

    Comfortable working full-time from the office in Andheri, Mumbai.
  • BYOD Comfort:

    Comfortable with a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy.
