Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across North India for AV integration solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design customized AV solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, proposal, and closure.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with project management and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance market presence.

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of experience in AV systems sales, preferably in North India.
• Solid understanding of audio-video technologies, integration systems, and solution selling.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region/country and manage multiple key accounts.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
