We’re a fast-growing Financial Services Outsourcing & Bookkeeping Solutions provider, helping clients across the US, UK, and Australia streamline their finance operations. We're on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who thrives on AI-powered tools, lead generation, and smart marketing automation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-channel cold email campaigns using Smartlead.ai and Instantly

• Use GPT-4 prompt engineering to personalize outreach and drive conversions

• Build and optimize lead generation & nurturing funnels

• Manage campaigns via HubSpot & Salesforce CRM

• Execute email automation, retention flows, and drip campaigns

• Develop SEO content strategies tailored to international markets

• Conduct A/B testing and optimize email deliverability

• Create engaging web & social media content

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content & design teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in BD, digital marketing, or growth roles

• Experience with financial services, B2B, or outsourcing preferred

• Hands-on with Smartlead.ai, Instantly, HubSpot, Salesforce

• Strong in email marketing, SEO, GPT-4 content personalization

• Able to work 12 PM – 7 PM IST for global time zone coverage
