JOB TITLE- Front Desk/ Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations professionally and efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls, customer queries, and complaint resolution with prompt follow-up.
• Maintain databases and ensure accurate record management.
• Support administrative tasks, including staff information management and routine updates.
• Draft professional emails and manage basic documentation.
• Create and manage presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Coordinate with staff and management for smooth administrative functioning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and email correspondence.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to manage client interactions professionally.
• Ability to multi-task and handle responsibilities efficiently.

Qualification Required:

1. Graduation or post-graduation with relevant experience.
