Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to achieve company growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the current services area
Perform outbound sales visa sales sequences and automation platforms, Linkedin and other channels
Generate leads via outbound initiatives and collaborate with presales team for requirement gathering and building proposals and quotes
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
Devising sales quotas, incentive plans and ensuring that quotas are met
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and plan realistic forecasts
Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to improve the inbound funnel

Desired profile

Must have hands-on experience with platforms like Apollo, Smartlead, Linkedin sales navigator etc.
7+ years of experience driving growth for IT Services/software companies from the North American market
Must have good knowledge of technology services, software development lifecycle, and sales practices in the IT industry
Should be an individual contributor as well as a sales team leader.
Excellent listening, written, and communication skills, and negotiation skills to close/win deals.
