Role Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to build fruitful relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on business development progress.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in networking events to foster company growth.
- Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
- Assist in drafting proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Support the team in achieving sales and revenue goals.
- Build strong internal communications to facilitate collaboration.
- Contribute to the design and development of promotional materials.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the business development manager.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High degree of motivation and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
