Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and passionate Creative Head with strong skills in Cinema 4D to lead our creative team. In this role, you will set the visual direction for projects, inspire new ideas, and make sure our animations and designs meet the highest standards. You’ll shape concepts from start to finish and ensure our visuals clearly support our clients’ goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all creative projects, especially those involving Cinema 4D, from concept to final delivery. Develop ideas, storyboards, and 3D visual styles that bring our clients’ messages to life. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of designers and 3D animators. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and present creative solutions. Review and approve 3D models, animations, and other creative materials created in Cinema 4D. Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in 3D animation and motion design. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a senior creative or art direction role, ideally focused on 3D animation and motion graphics. Expert-level knowledge of Cinema 4D and other relevant design tools. Strong portfolio showing high-quality 3D animation and design work. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
