Business Development Intern / Freelance Executive


About us:

We are a creative services agency that supports digital creators, artists, and performers—especially those publishing on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. We specialize in end-to-end pre and post-production support for creators across genres, with a strong client base in the stand-up comedy vertical, Instagram content creators, and corporate digital storytelling.


Our offerings include:


Pre-Production Services:

1. Venue shortlisting

2. Venue architecture and set engineering

3. Artist shortlisting and curation


Post-Production Services:

1. Video editing

2. Sound engineering

3. Color grading

4. Reels/stills creation

5. Script polishing and formatting


Role Overview:

We’re looking for energetic and self-driven Business Development Interns / Freelance Associates to help scale our client base across India and internationally. This is a performance-based paid opportunity, with compensation tied to successfully converted leads.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation & Research


Build databases of potential clients: artists, creators, comedians, agencies, and corporates.


Research trends and identify creator profiles or businesses that need production services.


2. Outreach & Engagement


Reach out to leads with structured, personalized communication (DMs, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.).


Pitch the agency's offerings clearly and persuasively.


3. Follow-ups & Relationship Management

Follow up systematically to nurture interest. Upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.


4. Conversion & Handoff

Get initial project buy-ins and pass on converted leads to the production or account management team.


Assist during onboarding if needed.


Ideal Candidate:

1. Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

2. Passion for the creator economy, entertainment, or media production

3. Self-motivated and persistent

4. Ability to work independently and creatively

5. Prior experience in sales, outreach, or influencer management is a plus, however not mandatory.


Compensation: This will be a paid engagement, profit sharing basis per conversion. 


Location: Remote


Time Commitment:

Minimum 5-10 hours/week
