Business Development Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern with a strong interest in operations management. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the core team to support day-to-day operations, optimize internal processes, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to support business development.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Maintain records, track progress, and prepare reports for ongoing projects.
• Support lead generation and follow-up processes as needed.
• Help streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Manage communication with clients and partners when required.
• Assist in organizing and executing events, workshops, or campaigns (if any).
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to operations and client management.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Indore for the internship duration.
• Work from office only – remote work is not available for this position.
