Summary We’re hiring a part-time freelance Meta Ads Executive to run Instagram + Facebook lead-generation campaigns using our ready creatives. This role is execution-focused: you’ll translate creatives into measurable leads on WhatsApp or instant forms, report results, and iterate quickly. Success looks like consistent, scalable leads at target CPLs and clear, actionable reporting that helps Snapnfit convert those leads into paying trainees. This role reports to the founder and directly supports growth and trainer onboarding efforts. Responsibilities Set up, launch and manage Instagram & Facebook campaigns in Meta Ads Manager / Business Suite aimed at lead generation (WhatsApp & instant form). Define and test target audiences (location, age, gender, interests—e.g., women 20–40, Ahmedabad / Tier-2 cities, fitness/wellness interests). Manage daily ad budgets (typical range ₹500–₹1,000/day) and optimize bids, placements and creatives to improve performance. Run A/B tests on creatives and audience segments and document learnings. Track and report key performance metrics each week: CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR, Impressions, Reach, Frequency, CAC (if conversion data available) . Deliver a concise weekly report (Google Sheet + 2–3 bullet summary) with recommendations and proposed budget reallocation. Validate lead quality by sampling WhatsApp conversations or form responses and escalate low-quality leads. Troubleshoot basic issues in Ads Manager (disapproved ads, pixel events, budget pacing) and coordinate with the founder for permissions/access. Maintain clean campaign naming conventions and budget tracking for transparent bookkeeping. Qualifications 6–18 months hands-on experience running Meta/Instagram lead campaigns (freelance or in-house). Basic Ads Manager proficiency required. Practical understanding of performance metrics: CPL, CTR, CAC, frequency, ROAS (if applicable). Comfortable managing small daily budgets and optimising for low CPLs. Able to create simple weekly reports in Google Sheets and summarise insights in plain English. Good communicator, responsive on WhatsApp/email, reliable with deadlines. Prior experience with fitness/wellness or local services is a plus but not mandatory. Education: Any undergraduate degree; certifications in Meta Blueprint or similar are a plus. Self-starter attitude, ability to work remotely with minimal handholding. Success criteria (what success looks like in 30 / 60 / 90 days) 30 days: Campaigns launched with correct tracking; weekly reporting established; first set of learnings documented. 60 days: CPL stable and trending down; clear audience winners; consistent lead volume (agreed weekly lead target). 90 days: CPL at or below target (example target: ₹50–₹80 depending on city), campaign scaling plan proposed, handover notes and SOP for future hires.
