Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Intern to help drive our growth through lead generation and inbound sales. You’ll be working closely with our core team to convert warm leads, engage learners, and help scale Tutemate.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through our existing marketing channels
• Handle inbound leads and convert them into active learners or partners
• Maintain and update lead data using Google Sheets & Forms
• Assist in creating communication and outreach strategies on social media
• Support in executing sales campaigns and tracking performance

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Familiar with Google Sheets & Forms
• Goal-oriented, confident, and eager to learn
• Passionate about EdTech and business growth

Compensation & Growth

• Month 1: Performance-based stipend
• From Month 2: ₹10,000/month + incentives on achieving targets
• PPO: Offered from the 3rd month with a starting CTC of ₹4 LPA
