Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our client engagement, staffing, and vendor management activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, staff augmentation, and CRM operations while working closely with cross-functional internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients, accounts, and business opportunities
• Support Staff Augmentation and Vendor Management activities
• Maintain and update CRM databases; track client communications and follow-ups
• Participate in client meetings and assist with post-meeting follow-up actions
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and support client pitching
• Prepare basic reports, trackers, and documentation using Excel and Word

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas) and MS Word
• Currently pursuing an MBA (preferably in HR, Marketing, or Sales) OR completed a Bachelor’s degree
• Hands-on exposure to Excel/Word through academics, internship, or project work
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
