Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern, you'll support our growth efforts by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and contributing to our brand presence. This is an exciting chance for students or recent grads interested in music, education, and business to gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new segments, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Assist in developing and executing growth strategies: outreach, collaborations, and campaigns
• Support lead generation – sourcing prospects, building contact lists, qualifying opportunities.
• Maintain CRM with up-to-date prospect and client data.
• Help create marketing collateral: social media posts, newsletters, promo materials.
• Support event planning: open houses, workshops, recitals, and community outreach.

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication – articulate and professional.
• Analytical mindset – comfortable with market data, spreadsheets.
• Organized and detail-oriented – able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
• Creative flair for drafting social media content and simple design visuals.
• Knowledge of Digital marketing, Photography and Videography will be added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Passion for music education and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Assist with sales opportunities: coordinating follow-ups, preparing proposals, attending presentations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings, progress, and outcomes.
• Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, email coordination, documentation.

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months, part-time
• Location: Sonorous, 101, Manya Elite, Shilpa Park, Kondapur, Hyderabad
• Stipend: Rs 10000 / month
• Reporting to: Academy Director
