We help fast- growing eCommerce and D2C brands create scroll stopping ads that convert and also manage paid media for them. Our clients spend INR 50L - 5 Cr+ monthly on ads and have extremely high expectations for their partners. Role Overview: We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Associate Intern to join our growing team. This role is perfect for you if you want to kickstart your career in business development within the digital marketing space. You'll work directly with the founders to identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and contribute to our agency's growth. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential e-commerce and DTC brands that match our ideal client profile Conduct outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels to generate qualified leads Qualify prospects based on our established criteria and schedule discovery calls Support the founders by preparing client presentations and proposals Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in our CRM Learn our agency's value proposition and articulate it confidently to potential clients Analyse outreach performance metrics and optimize your approach What you'll need: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently Excellent research abilities and attention to detail Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (Meta ads, Google ads) Eagerness to learn and ability to absorb information quickly A growth mindset and resilience in the face of rejection Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, or cold outreach is a plus What You Get: Hands-on mentorship from experienced marketing folks A fast-paced learning environment where you'll develop valuable B2B sales skills Performance-based incentives Clear path to growth within our organization Exposure to leading e-commerce and DTC brands A collaborative team culture that celebrates wins and learns from challenges Show more Show less
