Job Description

Role Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns, product launches, and performance marketing initiatives. You’ll coordinate between cross-functional teams (media buying, creatives, analytics, and account managers), ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery schedules across multiple clients. Translate campaign briefs into actionable tasks for media buyers, designers, and analysts. Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello). Identify blockers and risks early; resolve or escalate as needed. Ensure clear communication across teams and keep stakeholders informed. Support client-facing teams with timely updates and deliverables. Monitor project KPIs and ensure adherence to SLAs and budgets. Lead post-mortems and suggest improvements for future processes. Qualifications: 2-3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing or eCommerce environment. Strong understanding of advertising workflows (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, DSP, etc.). Proficiency in project management tools and Google Workspace. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.
