Mendu Herbs is a UK-based wellness brand specializing in premium herbal products, with our flagship product being 100% Pure Shilajit Resin. We're expanding our influencer and affiliate marketing efforts to reach health-conscious audiences across the UK.

The Role

We're seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to manage our influencer outreach and affiliate recruitment strategy. You'll be the driving force behind building partnerships with creators and affiliates who genuinely believe in natural wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Search, vet, and identify high-quality micro-influencers (10k-100k followers) in the wellness and herbal niche using platforms like Modash, Refersion, and ShareASale
• Craft personalized outreach messages and manage initial influencer/affiliate communications
• Screen applications and evaluate partnership fit based on audience alignment and engagement metrics
• Track and organize influencer/affiliate data, manage spreadsheets, and maintain partnership pipeline
• Report on outreach metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance
• Support campaign setup, tracking link generation, and affiliate onboarding

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills—ability to write compelling, personalized pitches
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Interest in wellness, herbal products, or influencer marketing (not essential but a bonus)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
