As a firm, we have worked with 85+ brands globally and worked on 350+ projects including web design, UI/UX design, web development, video editing, and graphic designing. Website - www.creativeupaay.com Role Description We’re looking for a Business Development and Sales Intern who will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue. This is a remote role offering hands-on experience in real-world sales, lead generation, client communication, and deal closing strategies. You will support our sales pipeline by researching potential clients, managing leads, conducting outreach (cold emails/DMs/calls), preparing proposals, and assisting in closing deals. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) Perform outreach through cold emails, social media, and inbound channels Qualify and follow up with leads to convert them into business opportunities Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales decks Maintain CRM entries and track lead status and conversions Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for pitch presentations Support the sales team with client communication and meeting scheduling Work with leadership to improve lead gen and conversion strategies Who You Should be (Requirements) Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Confident and persuasive; comfortable reaching out to new prospects Quick learner with an analytical and problem-solving mindset Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Prior experience or interest in sales, email marketing, or lead generation is a plus What You’ll Gain Real-world experience in B2B sales and business development Training and mentorship from industry experts Opportunity to learn sales tools, CRMs, email automation, and client handling Flexible remote work culture and ownership of your tasks Potential to convert to a full-time position based on performance Perks and Benefits Stipend: upto ₹7,000 (based on skill & performance) Commission: 1-2% incentive on Revenue added Certificate of Completion & Letter of Recommendation Direct exposure to Indian and international clients Working directly with Key Stakeholders and Founders Show more Show less
