* Position: Business Development Intern
* Location: Remote
* Duration:4 months
* Working days: Monday to Saturday
* Working hours: 4 hours / day
* Internship type: Unpaid (learning-focused) — hands-on experience and mentorship provided.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold outreach and lead generation.
* Build and maintain a prospect pipeline using CRM (update records, track interactions, set follow-ups).
* Reach out to potential clients by email and LinkedIn; schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
* Support preparation of pitch decks, proposals and customized outreach messages.
* Assist in market and competitor research to identify trends, pricing strategies and partnership opportunities.
* Coordinate with the content, marketing and design teams to prepare client-facing materials.
* Track outreach performance and prepare weekly progress reports and simple sales metrics.
* Participate in client calls and internal strategy meetings; take notes and follow up on action items.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable writing and speaking with potential clients.
* A persuasive, confident mindset with curiosity about sales, partnerships and negotiation.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and agency services (an advantage).
* Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and basic CRM tools; quick to learn new software.
* Self-motivated, deadline-oriented and proactive in a remote working environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Prior sales or outreach experience is a plus but not required — attitude and eagerness to learn matter most.
* Real-world experience in business development for a digital agency.
* Practical skills: prospecting, CRM management, proposal writing and client communication.
