We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Lead Generation:

  Conduct research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities within target industries (e.g., IT, Healthcare, Finance).

• Client Outreach:

  Assist in generating leads through various channels including cold calling, emailing, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn,preparing for client meetings, presentations, and proposals.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Help maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client information and sales activities.

• Negotiation Assistance:

  Participate in meetings and shadow senior staff to learn negotiation techniques and support the closing of new deals and contracts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong interest in the recruitment/staffing industry and sales is essential.
