Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our team for driving nominations, sponsorships, and delegate sales for Entrepreneur Awards, Conferences, and Events. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business networking, events, and a passion for promoting entrepreneurship. You will be responsible for reaching out to entrepreneurs, business leaders, and corporates, and converting leads into confirmed participation for high-profile award events. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential nominees, sponsors, and attendees for entrepreneur awards and business events. Build and maintain strong relationships entrepreneurs, founders, and decision-makers. Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and drive sales. Pitch award nomination categories, event benefits, and participation packages. Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline status in CRM tools. Meet and exceed individual monthly/quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution. Provide feedback to improve pitch decks and product offerings. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 14 years of experience in B2B / B2C Sales (experience in PR Project, Digital Marketing project / award/event/conference sales preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking skills and ability to speak with senior stakeholders. Target-driven with a passion for closing deals and growing revenue. Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
