Role summary

What you’ll do (multi-hat responsibilities)


Sales & Conversions

  • Build a strong pipeline and drive closures: meetings → demos → proposals → closure → handover
  • Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups with speed and structure
  • Coordinate site visits and requirement gathering with the technical team

Architect/Interior Designer Partnerships

  • Grow an active referral network with

    architects, interior designers, builders, consultants

  • Visit studios, maintain partner cadence, and create repeatable lead flow
  • Build partner-specific offerings (sample proposals, quick pitch decks, demo journeys)

Experience Center Growth

  • Host/support

    Experience Center demos

    (partners + clients)
  • Help manage walk-ins, scheduled visits, and demo quality
  • Coordinate small events/meetups for architects/IDs

Basic Marketing Support (startup-style)

  • Support lead-gen activities: events, collaborations, WhatsApp/Instagram/LinkedIn follow-ups
  • Collect site photos/videos/testimonials and coordinate content with the team
  • Track performance: source-wise leads, conversion rates, partner performance


What we’re looking for


  • 3–10+ years

    in sales/BD/growth in

    home automation / AV / lighting control / security / smart home

  • Strong existing

    architect + interior designer network in Mumbai

    (must-have)
  • Proven ability to close

    premium/luxury residential

    projects
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and wearing multiple hats
  • Strong communication + negotiation skills; confident with demos and client meetings
  • Organized: CRM discipline, follow-up strength, and ownership mindset


Bonus points
  • Familiar with lighting automation, curtains/blinds, HVAC integration, CCTV/security, access control, networking, A/V
  • Experience selling solutions/projects (not just individual products)
  • Comfortable building simple pitch decks, brochures, or partner kits
