Site Supervisor - Home Automation

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee home automation installation sites. The ideal candidate will manage daily site operations, including workforce supervision, material coordination, and ensuring project milestones are met within time and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Site Management & Supervision:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of technicians, electricians, and subcontractors on site. Ensure installation of home automation systems (lighting, security, AV, HVAC, etc.) is done as per drawings, timelines, and technical standards. Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and orderliness at all times. People Management:Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skill level and project requirements. Monitor team performance and provide on-site guidance to resolve issues quickly. Foster a positive and productive working environment on site. Material Management:Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of required materials and equipment. Track material consumption and inventory on site to avoid delays or shortages. Verify quantity and quality of materials received at site. Project Tracking & Reporting:Monitor project timelines and ensure work progresses according to schedule. Report daily progress to the project manager with accurate updates on manpower, materials, and milestones. Identify potential delays and proactively suggest solutions to keep the project on track. Quality & Safety Compliance:Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to uphold installation standards.
