About Us:

Fundsutra is a growing financial advisory firm specializing in Credit Solutions (Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Working Capital, etc.) and RERA Consultancy Services. We are committed to providing customized financial guidance and compliance support to our clients with integrity and expertise.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and expanding our market presence in the areas of Credit Advisory and RERA Services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with strong sales skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities for Credit and RERA advisory services.

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients (individuals, corporates, builders, and developers).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, bankers, builders, and channel partners.

Understand client requirements and provide appropriate loan or RERA compliance solutions.

Work closely with internal teams (Credit Analysts, RERA consultants, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Credit products (Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital, etc.) and RERA compliance framework.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

3–6 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably in Financial Services, Banking, or RERA advisory.

Existing network with builders, developers, and financial institutions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,912.30 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Field service: 1 year (Preferred)

  • English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
