Job Title: RERA Associate

Job Summary:
We are hiring a RERA Associate to handle end-to-end RERA compliance for real estate projects. The role involves project registration, quarterly updates, extensions, and modification applications on the RERA portal.
Key Responsibilities:
Filing new project registrations on the RERA portal
Uploading quarterly compliance reports
Handling project extension and change/modification applications
Liaising with authorities and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders
Ensuring timely and accurate compliance under RERA guidelines
✅ Desired Profile:
Graduate in Law or Commerce (LLB/B.Com preferred)
1–3 years of experience in RERA compliance or real estate legal work
Good understanding of RERA Act and state-specific rules
Proficient in MS Office and RERA portals
Strong drafting and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹192,000.00 per year
