1. Business Development (Exec/Lead/Manager)

• Prospect, identify, and close new partnership or business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline via cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads
• Develop strategies to grow revenue across regions and channels
• Report on KPIs and revenue forecasts

2. Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/partners
• Ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and issue resolution
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver on SLAs and optimize performance
• Upsell/cross-sell additional services

3. Affiliate Manager

• Manage and expand our affiliate partner network
• Track affiliate performance and optimize campaigns
• Work on commission structures, incentives, and payouts
• Attend industry events, webinars, and forums to attract new affiliates

• 1–6 years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Management, or Account Handling
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in achieving sales/partnership targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools, performance marketing, and affiliate platforms (preferred)
