The positions are available for both remote, hybrid, and Noida locations on a full-time basis. As a part of our fast-growing team, we are seeking dynamic professionals who can establish strong relationships, drive growth, and ensure an outstanding partner experience. The core responsibilities for the available roles are as follows: 1. Business Development (Exec/Lead/Manager): - Identify and secure new partnership and business opportunities - Generate and maintain a robust pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads - Develop strategies to enhance revenue across different regions and channels - Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue forecasts 2. Account Manager: - Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners - Facilitate smooth onboarding, communication, and resolution of issues - Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and enhance performance - Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients 3. Affiliate Manager: - Oversee and expand our affiliate partner network - Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns accordingly - Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to attract new affiliates We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 16 years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Management, or Account Handling. Strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of achieving sales and partnership targets, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment are essential. Familiarity with CRM tools, performance marketing, and affiliate platforms is preferred.
