Job Description

As part of a fast-growing team in the industries of Digital Marketing, Tech, SaaS, Mobile Advertising, and Digital Advertising, you have the opportunity to join us in various roles within Business Development and Account Management. We are looking for dynamic professionals who can establish strong relationships, drive growth, and ensure an outstanding partner experience. **Key Responsibilities:** **Business Development (Exec/Lead/Manager):** - Identify and secure new partnership and business opportunities - Generate and maintain a robust pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads - Develop strategies to enhance revenue across different regions and channels - Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue forecasts **Account Manager:** - Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners - Facilitate smooth onboarding, communication, and resolution of issues - Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and enhance performance - Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients **Affiliate Manager:** - Oversee and expand our affiliate partner network - Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns accordingly - Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to attract new affiliates **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 16 years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Management, or Account Handling - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record of achieving sales and partnership targets - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment - Familiarity with CRM tools, performance marketing, and affiliate platforms preferred If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity, we offer a competitive salary along with attractive performance-based incentives, growth opportunities in a flat, agile organization, work-from-anywhere flexibility, a chance to collaborate with an energetic team, and exposure to global clients and partnerships.
