Caresoft Consultancy is looking for Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Business Development Executive is someone who manages the development of new sales leads through a variety of channels
Duties And ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsGrowing business through the development of new leads and new contactsIdentifying new revenue opportunities
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentationAssisting with marketing and promotional projects
Collaborating with management on sales goalsSupport the team with other responsibilities as required
RequirementsExperience in sales, business development or similar roleExperience with CRM softwareProficiency in MS Office
Experience in managing and growing sales teamsExcellent multitasking skillsAbility to prioritize tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong customer service skills
