  • Walk-In Hiring (Direct Joining | Punjab, North East, Uttarakhand | Normal Interview | Salary 20,000K - 25,000K).
  • Local candidates are not allowed for the North East region.
  • Free food and accommodation will be provided at the North East location.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed annual salary ranging from 1.00 LPA to 3.00 LPA (based on experience and performance)
  • No sales target pressure fixed salary (non-incentive-based)
  • Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) for all official field visits
  • Relocation support including travel ticket to the assigned location
  • Company-provided accommodation and food facilities

Verma Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling company products, managing client relationships, and contributing to sales growth across the North East region of India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business leads within the assigned territory
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective and existing clients
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service
