Business Development Executive(Female)

As a Business Development Associate, you will have the following responsibilities: - Market Research: Analyze market trends and identify potential areas for growth. - Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. - Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new client partnerships. - Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals. - Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue growth metrics. - Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
