Job Description

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for handling existing clients through regular follow-ups, making and sharing quotations, building positive relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, solving queries regarding orders, and following up with the production team for order release and dispatch. Additionally, you may also be involved in new lead generation and calling if required. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift scheduling.
