Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of hygiene products and solutions across assigned territories.
• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Conduct product demos, awareness sessions, and presentations focused on menstrual hygiene.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close deals within agreed margins.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand activations.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and track progress against monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic improvements.
• Ensure excellent post-sale customer support and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hygiene, healthcare, or social impact sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Passion for promoting women’s health, hygiene, and sustainability initiatives.
• Regional language proficiency is a plus.
