Job Description

Responsibilities:


Location: Chennai

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days


1–3 years of experience in IT services / SaaS business development.


Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.


Identify and engage decision-makers (founders, CTOs, product heads).


Pitch Ysquare’s services: SaaS, AI, MVPs, web & mobile app development.


Manage the complete sales cycle – outreach to closure.


Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.


Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and outreach content.


Track market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy.


Update CRM regularly and report pipeline status to management.


Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Knowledge of SaaS, AI, or digital product development preferred.


Proficiency with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email tools.


Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
