Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Presales Analyst located in Chennai, with some work from home acceptable. The Presales Analyst will be responsible for conducting client prospecting, delivering customer service, and supporting the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer requirements, creating and presenting proposals, and interacting with clients to understand their needs.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess client needs
• Excellent Communication skills for effective client interaction
• Proficiency in Client Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
• Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Experience in Sales and supporting revenue growth
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a presales or customer-facing role is a plus
