Job Description

Role Overview: As a Proposal Manager, you will play a crucial role in working closely with the sales team to create winning proposals and pitches for business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include providing support to the sales team by participating in customer requirement discussions, preparing proposal documents, and compiling supporting artifacts such as case studies. You will be responsible for managing the entire proposal lifecycle, from understanding the scope and finalizing solutions to reviewing commercials and submitting proposals. Collaboration with sales, tech/delivery, and internal teams is essential to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality proposals. Additionally, you will work closely with customers to devise effective business solutions that meet their requirements and add value to their ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with customers to understand and capture requirements - Present proposals to customers alongside the sales team - Coordinate with the tech team to clarify the scope required for estimation - Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in Requirement Scoping, Functional Analysis, and Technology Solution Design - Experience in Effort and Cost Estimation, Proposal Preparation, and Client Presentations - Hands-on experience in Solutioning, Design & Estimation, Sizing, and Proposal Writing - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and business units - Process-oriented with attention to reporting and approval requirements - Exposure to various technology stacks in Digital, including UX, Mobility, and eCommerce - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Willingness to interface with teams and clients in different time zones In addition to the core responsibilities, you may have the opportunity to collaborate on innovations in solutions, proposal flow, and value proposition for opportunities involving Fixed Price, T&M, and Service-based engagements. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the success of the sales team. Note: Benefits include food provided, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule may involve fixed shifts, night shifts, or US shifts, with the possibility of a performance bonus. The work location is in person. This is a full-time position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for driving business growth through effective proposal management.,
