Source candidates using job portals including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. Upload resumes to the ATS, conduct phone screening, and coordinate with hiring managers. Technology skills: MS Word, Computer Skills, Computer Savvy, MS Excel Requirements: Good English Speaking and Writing Skills Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills Willingness to learn new technologies, new processes Hardworking, Motivated Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to work well independently and within a team environment. Ok to work in the night shift (6:00 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) - No exceptions Work from our office location in Mohali, 5 days a week.
