Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads within the Medical Billing domain using various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Your role will involve researching and analyzing potential target markets and industry trends to optimize lead generation strategies. You will also develop effective outreach plans and follow-up processes for lead nurturing, while maintaining accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes. Engaging with prospects to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information about our services is a key aspect of the role. Collaboration with marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives will be essential. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and sales pipeline performance to management. Staying informed about industry regulations, the competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities is also part of the job responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A proven track record of 2 to 3 years in lead generation within the Medical Billing domain, particularly in a B2B environment, is required. Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, billing processes, and revenue cycle management is necessary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for engaging and building relationships with stakeholders. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is essential. Being self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a focus on achieving lead generation targets will be key to success in this role.
