If you’re passionate about sales, lead generation, and relationship building, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.) Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions to close deals Execute and manage Facebook Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and brand visibility Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain long-term engagement Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals Maintain CRM tools to track sales pipeline and client interactions Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking Strong negotiation and closing skills Nice to Have: Experience in B2B or B2C environments Knowledge of other digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) Passion for startups or fast-paced work culture Show more Show less
