About the Role

Podcast Editor

🎬 Key Responsibilities

Edit long-form podcast episodes (audio + video) for platforms like YouTube, Spotify, etc.
Create engaging and professional
intro segments
and brand bumpers.
Add lower-thirds, transitions, background music, and other elements to enhance viewer retention.
Sync audio and video to maintain quality and flow.
Deliver multiple formats/resolutions as per platform requirements.
Ensure all final deliverables meet brand guidelines and tone.

🎓 Requirements

Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience editing podcasts and video intros.
Strong sense of pacing, sound design, and storytelling.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
Bonus: Motion graphics skills or experience with YouTube thumbnails and shorts.
