Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Podcast Video Editor to join our creative team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in editing podcast content, with an eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. You must be proficient with industry-standard editing tools, have a collaborative mindset, and consistently deliver high-quality content on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form and short-form podcast videos for platforms like YouTube, Spotify Video, and Instagram Reels.
• Design and integrate creative thumbnails, lower thirds, transitions, and audio enhancements.
• Coordinate with content creators and scriptwriters to ensure the vision is maintained throughout the edit.
• Edit teasers, trailers, and highlight reels to promote episodes on social media.
• Maintain a consistent style, branding, and tone across all episodes.
• Ensure timely delivery of final edited versions, including revisions.
• Organize and archive project files efficiently for future use.
• Apply basic audio engineering for podcast clarity (noise reduction, leveling, syncing).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience editing podcast or talk show-style content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Adobe Audition or Audacity.
• Strong storytelling sense with the ability to cut boring segments and enhance engagement.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and color correction.
• Experience with different aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) for multi-platform content.
• Ability to handle feedback positively and revise content quickly.
• Good sense of timing, beat syncing, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with YouTube creators or podcast channels.
• Knowledge of social media trends and how to tailor edits for higher engagement.
• Experience with multi-camera edits and green screen keying.
• Familiarity with podcast publishing platforms and metadata requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
